Since I posted, I found the curved stones and vid clip of their use.

"While I am waiting with great anticipation for my WE Pro Kit, I am wondering what the tips and tricks are for sharpening a karambit style blade. Mine is an Emerson wth a fairly severe concave curve to the blade heel to point, so much so that I am concerned the flat paddles will be too wide for the curve.

Anybody have some suggestions?
