I have a Benchmade 755 MRP in M390 and it took a good while to reprofile the edge, which was not uniform on both sides. I went rhrough 100/200 400/600 800/1000 diamonds, 1200/1600 ceramics, 5 micron & 3 micron 3M tapes, 5/3.5 1/.25 strops and it took a very fine edge.

It would be nice if Wicked Edge introduced a couple of new stones to follow the 1200/1600. Just a bit more edge refinement before the strops.

I too had to wait almost a month for a quartz base and 3M Micro Laping film, which by the way is too wide. Several phone calls and emails...He needs to communicate with the buyers more often. Just a simple answer is enough.
