Does the migration to new server require the site being down?
If so, any idea what the hours may be, roughly speaking?

From what I understand, the site has been cloned to the new server and the only thing that's left is the DNS which should happen in the early morning hours.

It's still slow for the moment since the migration to the dedicated server hasn't been completed. They were missing some piece of information which they now have, so I think it will take place in the early hours tomorrow.

We're on the new server now, not the smoothest migration to be sure. I'd love to hear back from people regarding the speed of the site now.
