Holy moley! I don't know if anyone here has seen this, but over on the Spyderco.com forum there is a thread going with an absolutely amazing set-up Can you imagine 1000x?!!!! Here is the link to Under the microscope.

Holy moley is right.

I would love to have one of those microscopes. On the other hand, seeing my edges at that magnification might make me feel defeated. Of course he wasn't sharpening on a Wicked Edge with choseras or shaptons so it wouldn't look as ragged as his edges. But still, WOW!
