These guide rods are ideal for any Wicked Edge owner who uses a Low Angle Adapter or frequently sharpens extremely long blades like machetes or Bowie knives. They allow the stones to travel farther from the base of the sharpener without becoming wobbly as they approach the end of the stroke. The 12" Guide Rods increase the Wicked Edge's maximum sharpening length to 24".

These guide rods are compatible with all Wicked Edge models with the exception of the pre-2017 WE100, pre-2017 Pro-Pack 1, WE60, and WE66. If your Wicked Edge sharpener has ball-joints, these rods are compatible.
