Due to the global pandemic, more people than ever before are placing orders online and shipping carriers are handling higher volumes of packages than they've ever experienced. We are currently shipping all orders within 2 to 3 business days. Transit times for all shipping methods, including expedited services, are not guaranteed. Transit times for international shipments can be exceptionally long due to delays from COVID-19.

SHIPPING AND POLICIES

Will I receive an email with the tracking information when my order ships? 

Yes, as soon as your order ships you will receive an email that contains the tracking information. If you don't receive an email, please check your spam folder. If you think you may have entered your email address incorrectly when you placed your order, please email us at support@wickededgeusa.com and provide your order number. If you don't have your order, please provide your first and last name.

Can you tell me more about your return policy?

We offer a 60 day return policy. Any product, in new or used condition, can be returned within 60 days for a full product refund. Shipping charges paid at the time of the order are not refundable and you will be responsible for shipping the product back to Wicked Edge. What is your warranty policy?

Every Wicked Edge product is covered under a limited lifetime warranty. For more information about warranties, please visit our Warranty Policy page.

Do you offer a military or law enforcement / rescue worker discount?  

Yes we do! We offer a Service Discount which is applicable to all our products with the exception of the three Pro-Packs. We are partnered with GovX for service verification. Please register or log into GovX and then you will be provided with a coupon code to use when shopping on the Wicked Edge website: Apply for Service Discount

Do you stack discounts?

No, discounts can not be stacked. Any product that is already on sale does not qualify for our Service Member discount.

What do I do if I paid for expedited shipping and my package was delayed? 

Unfortunately, due to the high volume of shipments and delays related to the global pandemic, shipping carriers are not guaranteeing delivery for expedited shipments. If you package is delayed, we are unable to seek a refund from the shipping carrier. Choose expedited shipping methods at your own risk.

Do you offer sale pricing before or after the Black Friday promotion period?

No. The Black Friday Sale is our only promotion of the year and the only time when the special pricing is available.

If I place my order on a Friday, when will it ship? 

We are not open on Saturday or Sunday so if you place your order on a Friday it will ship the following week.

ORDERS

How do I make changes to an order I've already placed?

To make a change to your order, please send an email to orders@wickededgeusa.com and provide your order number and the items you would like to add or remove. Orders are shipped out of our warehouse quickly. If you contact us after your order has already shipped, you will need to return any unwanted items for a refund or purchase any additional items by placing a new order.

How do I change the shipping address on my order? 

If you need to change the shipping address on an order that you've already placed, please send an email to orders@wickededgeusa.com and include your order number and the new address details. If your order has already shipped, we may be able to contact the shipping carrier and have the package shipped to the new location, but there may be an additional charge for making the change.

How can I make changes to the details on my account?

If you would like to make changes to your account, please send an email to support@wickededgeusa.com and include your full name and the email address associated with your account.

What do I do if I need help with my product when I receive it?

PAYMENTS AND EXTRAS

What payment methods can I use to pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay.

Will an invoice be included in the box with my items?

No, we never include an invoice in the box with your items. We do include a packing slip, which lists the items purchased but not the price paid. If you would like to request an invoice, please send an email to orders@wickededgeusa.com.  

I would like to use two separate credit cards to make my purchase. Is that possible? 

The easiest way to do this is to use one of your credit cards to purchase a gift card on our website. Then, you may use the gift card and your other credit card when checking out.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We are not currently offering gift wrapping services.
