All in stock items ship the same day or the next business day. All orders over $200.00 that are shipping to a street address* in the lower 48 United States are eligible for free shipping. We are dedicated to shipping orders in a timely manner, and will take every appropriate measure to make sure our products arrive safely and undamaged to our customers. When you choose the "free shipping" option at check out, you agree to allow Wicked Edge to choose the shipping carrier and method for your order.

APO/FPO Policy

*We are unable to provide free shipping to APO/FPO addresses, unfortunately. However, please know that Wicked Edge is a strong supporter of the US military, including active duty, veterans and their families. While we wish we could provide free shipping to APO/FPO, the services that we utilize for our normal 'free shipping' option aren't available with APO/FPO. We do however proudly provide a military discount for active duty and military veterans, with details available on this page. For our military customers, we thank you for your service and hope you'll accept the military discount as a sign of our appreciation.

Expedited Shipping Policy

Expedited service guarantees have been suspended by carriers until further notice. Wicked Edge is not responsible for shipping carrier policies and guarantees. Once a shipping label has been created and the package given to a shipping carrier, all transit times and delivery guarantees are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and not Wicked Edge. We do not issue reimbursements or refunds for chosen expedited ship methods if the carrier cannot deliver within the chosen time frame.

Expedited shipping methods do not include weekend deliveries or transit times.

International Orders

All international orders are subject to standard shipping rates that include insurance. Taxes, duty and import fees are not included in shipping costs and the customer should expect to pay these costs at the time of import. Wicked Edge does not have access or control over these costs and recommends working with your local customs office for information about the specifications and fees for your country.

Please note that products shipped internationally may not be designed in accordance with the destination countries standards, specifications or labeling requirements. The customer is responsible for determining that products can be lawfully and legally imported into the destination country.

International Orders with Expedited Shipping

Expedited service guarantees have been suspended by carriers until further notice. Wicked Edge is not responsible for shipping carrier policies and guarantees. Published transit times for international express/expedited methods of shipping do not apply to the time it takes your order to pass through customs offices at the country of export and import. It’s normal for export and import offices to hold shipments while they determine the details of customs documents as well as processing fees. Wicked Edge does not have control over customs office processes but we are happy to provide any documentation or information we can to get you your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately, choosing an expedited method of shipping service does not negate these processes.

Lost or Damaged Packages for Domestic Orders

If your package did not arrive when you expected it or you received a product that was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately at orders@wickededgeusa.com.

Lost or Damaged Packages for International Orders

Please contact us at orders@wickededgeusa.com if your package does not arrive within the expected time frame or you have received a damaged product.
