So the WEPS Shaptons are ready?

Can someone point me in the right direction as to what drill bit is needed to drill granite a base?

Got some blank strops and want to load them with DMT paste. Any prep necessary to load paste?

Does anyone have a computerized copy of the template for drilling a base, mine got destroyed(my 2 year old)?

I just got my WEPS today and tried it out. I was trying to sharpen an ESEE Izula. I tried using a small piece of a jar opener(since I had no foam tape) and no matter how much I tightened it, if I tried to lift my WEPS up off the table like the videos it felt loose. I stopped because I was afraid I might strip out clamp. Also I noticed mine has no hole for the bottom screw of the clamp. Is this right? If so can someone explain to me how to properly use the bottom screw. Thanks

What are the dimensions of the WEPS paddles?

Yeah a 1550 is pricey compared to that pistol case. I've got one lying around that I couldn't pass up from Craigslist, it was $60 new in box. Finally found a use for it.

Could someone tell me the height of the WEPS? SO if mounted, from the base top to the peak of the clamp. I trying to determine how deep of a case I will need as my WEPS is on backorder. Thanks
