PLEASE NOTE that you are responsible for paying all import taxes, duties, and fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping and must be paid to your local Customs office at the time of import.
PLEASE NOTE that you are responsible for determining that our products can be lawfully and legally imported into your country, in accordance with your country’s standards, specifications, and/or labeling requirements.
Transit times for all shipping methods cover the period from when your item leaves our warehouse to when it arrives at your Customs office. Neither we nor the shipping carrier has any control over how long it takes to get through Customs. (Though we’re happy to provide documents and other info to help you get your package ASAP!)

Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes we can, but only street addresses are eligible for free shipping.
Do you ship to APO/FPO?
We do, but like PO Boxes, these addresses are not eligible for free shipping. However, we do offer amilitary discount!
Do you offer expedited shipping methods.
Yes. Expedited shipping methods can be viewed at checkout. Expedited service guarantees have been suspended by carriers until further notice. We are not responsible for shipping carrier policies/guarantees. As a result, we do not issue refunds for expedited shipping costs if the carrier cannot deliver within the stated time frame.
What if I receive a damaged item?
Oh no! We’ll make it right. Please email us at orders@wickededgeusa.comas soon as you can.
What shipping carriers do you offer?
Shipping options are available with USPS or UPS for both domestic and international orders. Not all shipping methods are available from these carriers.
Can I change my shipping address?
If you're already placed your order, reach out to us at support@wickededgeusa.com to request an address change. If your order has already shipped, we're unable to change the address.
Can I have another shipping company pick up my order at Wicked Edge?
No. We do not offer any pick up services at our warehouses.
How do I know what my shipping costs will be?
Shipping costs can be seen during checkout before you place your order.
If my shipping location is outside the US will I have to pay import fees or taxes?
Yes. You are responsible for paying all import taxes, duties, and fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping and must be paid to your local customs office at the time of import. Wicked Edge does not have access to these costs and does not have control over them.
