Return Policy

To initiate a return and receive an RMA, either contact us at support@wickededgeusa.com or fill out the form below. Please include the following information:

  • Your first and last name
  • The order number and products you'll be returning
  • The reason for the return

All products purchased directly from Wicked Edge can be returned for a product refund within the first 60 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges.

A product refund, excluding any original shipping charges, will be issued on the products return and inspection to the original form of payment. We are unable to issue the refund to a different payment method.

Items that are beyond the 60 days of purchase are not eligible for return or refund. Return processing can take 10-14 days from the day we receive the returned product. Please note that it may take additional time to post to your financial account depending on your bank or financial institution.

If you purchased your product from an Authorized Wicked Edge Dealer, you will need to contact the dealer and find out their return policy. Wicked Edge cannot issue refunds or accept returns for products purchased from Authorized Dealers, Amazon, other third party e-commerce platforms, or unauthorized sellers.

Incorrect or Missing Products

If you received incorrect items in your order or are missing products, please reach out to us at support@wickededgeusa.com.

Exchanges & Trade-Ins

We are unable to offer exchanges or trade-ins at this time. If you'd like to exchange any item from your order, you will need to initiate a return and place a new order for the correct product.

Damaged & Defective Products

Please report any damaged or defective products within one week of receiving the product. Wicked Edge will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods at no additional charge. Please reach out to us at support@wickededgeusa.com to initiate your repair/replacement. Please include the following information so we can expedite the process:

  • Your first and last name
  • The order number and products that are damaged or defective
  • Images and/or videos of the problem you're having along with a brief description of the issue.
