the venture series sharpener is awesome. the included items worked very well. I ordered all the angle guides shortly after recieving the system, knowing this was a great setup. then I tried ordering more diamond stones. this was the only grit combination available at the time and it was a full 7 days late showing up. I want the other higher grit stones, but who knows when they'll be back in stock, or if they'll show up on time when I order them.
One of the straps was completely separated from the block and two are pealing. Not great quality.

Very rigid hold knives better than my original jaw
I have been the happy owner/user of the WE 130 for longer than I can remember. I received my Venture today and gave it a test run. It is the perfect tool for a quick touch-up of the edge while I'm cooking. It is light, comfortable to use and works like a charm. There are only two things I hope to see from the Wicked Edge team:
1. a case to house the sharpener, guides and extra plates, and
2. a guide allowing the user to set the angle.
While the case is a possibility, the variable angle guide may be a dream? My reason for the variable angle guide is because my Wusthof Ikon knives came with a 14 degree factory edge so a quick touch is not possible on the Venture.
Venture is convenient, easy to use and downright handy.
Well done Wicked Edge, keep it up.
Very awesome. Waited about a year to pull trigger. Was getting decent at hand sharpening, but it was never perfect. Now..it’s perfect. I have about 20 high end knives. Each one has its own perfect bevel. Super sharp. I just wish they would get dull faster. Have nothing left to sharpen.
