Limited Lifetime Warranty

We are proud of our sharpening systems and we stand behind our products. That's why we offer a limited, lifetime warranty on all of our products. We will replace or fix any parts with the exception of the following conditions:

• Normal wear-and-tear to stones, strops and mechanical, moving parts.
• User inflicted damage.
• Misused or aggressively used products.
• Modifications of our products.
• Any use of our products that falls outside the intent for which they were designed.

All warranty requests must be initiated by contacting us at support@wickededgeusa.com. We are unable to process requests for warranties over the phone. When opening a request, please provide us with your first and last name, the place you purchased your Wicked Edge product from as well as a detailed description and images of the issue you're experiencing.
