Limited Lifetime Warranty

All warranty requests must be sent to support@wickededgeusa.com. Please provide the following information so we can expedited the process:

  • Your first and last name
  • Your shipping address
  • Where you purchased your product from (directly from Wicked Edge, Amazon, eBay, etc.)
  • Images and/or videos of the problem you're having along with a brief description of the issue

We will replace, fix, and support any parts with the exceptions of the following conditions:

  • Normal wear-and-tear on stones, strops, and mechanical parts
  • User inflicted damage
  • Misused or aggressively used products
  • Modifications of any kind
  • Any use of our products that fall outside the intent for which they were designed

Incorrect or Missing Products

If you received incorrect items in your order or are missing products, please reach out to us at support@wickededgeusa.com.

Damaged & Defective Products

Please report any damaged or defective products within one week of receiving the product. Wicked Edge will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods at no additional charge. Please reach out to us at support@wickededgeusa.com to initiate your repair/replacement. Please include the following information so we can expedite the process:

  • Your first and last name
  • The order number and products that are damaged or defective
  • Images and/or videos of the problem you're having along with a brief description of the issue.
