How to Initiate a Return with Wicked Edge

Need to return a product you purchased directly from Wicked Edge? Here's a simple guide to help you start the return process and understand our return policy.

Starting a Return

To initiate a return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please contact us in one of the following ways:

Be sure to include the following details:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The items you wish to return
  • Your reason for returning them

Return Policy Overview

  • Returns are accepted within 60 days of purchase for a product refund.
  • Items must be purchased directly from Wicked Edge to be eligible.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method, excluding any original shipping charges.
  • Returns received after 60 days from purchase are not eligible for refund.

Processing Time

Return processing typically takes 10–14 business days from the time we receive the returned item. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund on their end.

Purchased from a Dealer?

If you bought your Wicked Edge product from an Authorized Dealer, Amazon, or another third-party seller, please reach out to them directly to inquire about their return policies. Wicked Edge cannot process returns or refunds for items purchased outside of our website.
