Premium 800/1000 Grit Diamond Stones Pack

This set of stones completes my renewing all of my stones from 100 to 1000. Just finished sharpening the first knife with the entire progression and couldn’t be more pleased. My Spyderco Bodacious in S 90 came out screaming sharp with a nice polished edge.

Finishing with the 800/1000 really puts a perfect edge on kitchen and skinning knives.

Very nice system

I've used Wicked Edge Sharpeners for over a decade. They make a great product and provide outstanding service. If I have any complaint to make it would be about the glue that WE uses to fasten the plates to the plastic housing that attaches to the rods. I use WD 40 on my diamond stones and inevitably the WD 40 will erode the glue that is used, causing the plates to come loose, so I just mix up some JB Weld Epoxy and reattach the plates. I've done this process probably 20 times over the years and never once had a plate come loose after re-gluing using JB Weld.

No doubt there are probably some folks that would say I'm 'doing it wrong' (using WD-40) but it works great for me and it isn't that much of a hassle to re-attach the plates after they fall off, but still, I thought it might be worth mentioning.

excellent would buy again just want I expected
