I was so amazed when I mentioned my strop, leather strips had worn out to receive replacement ones in the mail along with a new set of jaws and index key - that's customer service that keeps me coming back to the WE!
I probably went a little overboard getting all the stones and polish paper but it does a great job of sharpening a blade
These new stones are perfect to replace my worn out ones. But, I use the old ones as a buffer to finish. Should have replaced them sooner.
Contacted WE because a ball joint in my five year old sharpener had started to stick. They sent out two new ball joints the next day. Can’t ask for better warranty service than that. This key came in what they sent
