Perfect for the finishing touch! It took a while to arrive, but these stones make a huge difference in creating a great finished edge. It gives my blades the out of box factory sharpness they tend to lose after a while.
This is an excellent knife sharpener. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 star is the instructions didn’t mention how to set it up. I had to rely on utube for that.
