Received the New Gen 4 Pro Micro adjust Towers to replace the initial release version micro adjusters. This is what the adjusters should have been! They are smooth and easy to dial in micro adjustments. Thank you WE for making this improvement. Anyone not happy with the original release micro adjuster, I would highly recommend these.
It's very aligning and advanced, like all Wicked Edge products.
I upgraded from the WE100, and love the clamp and the sliding angle adjustment’s. With the direct placement of the guide rods to the angle slides, the knuckle joint at the base end of the rods is gone and a smoother and uncomplicated connection is made making a smoother stroke cycle of the guide rods and stones.
What is more impressive and dare I say more important, is the customer service I have received when I was experiencing some difficulties transitioning from the WE100 to the WE64. I spoke with two separate customer service representatives and both were quick to respond, suggest solutions and even provide solutions that were beyond expected. I can not laud their praise high enough. At 63 years of age, I have experienced a large sample of “customer service “ in my time dealing with others; only a scarce few do it as well as Wicked Edge. Well done!!
