I recently purchased the Venture sharpener and I’m very pleased with it. I have a larger, more expensive Wicked Edge sharpening system that I’m over the moon about but this Venture sharpener for me is more of a quick use sharpener. I bought the extra finer diamond stone and a strop to go with it. This is a sharpener I’ll put in my go bag and have handy when I need it. I’ve used it several times already and I was very pleased with its simplicity, portability, and performance. I highly recommend it.
Great sharpening plate. Works great for my RDC pocket knife
Love the fact this sharpener holds my knives at a predetermined angle, the motion however does take a little bit of getting used to but once you have it, your knives will cut almost like a laser. I would like to see water or ceramic stones offered for the WE26 sharpener in the future. That would be pretty cool.
Have a WE60 but have a blown out shoulder, so this hand help sharpener is GREAT for me. Wicked Edge as always has the best engineered tools that stay on focuce for a razors edge to ALL my knives. I loved it so much I bought one for my grandson in Alaska who is thriled with the edges he is getting. Thanks Wicked, as always, good job.
