Products can be returned for a product refund, within the first 60 days of purchase. To initiate your return please contact orders@wickededgeusa.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.  We ask that our customers be responsible for the shipping charges associated with a return shipment.

A full product refund, excluding any shipping charges, will be issued on products returned, within 60 business days of receiving the product, to the original form of payment. Items that are beyond 60 days from that date will no longer be available for return. Our returns take 10-14 business days to process after we receive the package. Please note that it may take additional time to post to your financial account depending on your bank or financial institution.

If you purchased your Wicked Edge products from an Authorized Wicked Edge Dealer, you will need to contact that dealer and find out about their return policy. Wicked Edge cannot issue refunds or accept returns for products purchased from Authorized Dealers, Amazon and other third party e-commerce platforms or unauthorized sellers.

 

Exchanges

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange any item(s) from your order, you will want to process a normal return for a refund and place a new order for the correct item(s).

 

Products Damaged During Shipment and Defective Products

 

Please report damaged or defective products within one week of receiving the product. Wicked Edge will repair or replace the damaged or defective goods for no additional charge. Please contact support@wickededgeusa.com to initiate your repair/replacement.
